This will satisfy your pasta craving! The bolognese was a little sweet, a little spicy, 100% flavorful. Plenty of sauce too at the end. The garlic bread was so so crispy. Two big pieces of focaccia topped with cheese. Looking forward to coming back to try the other pasta dishes!!

Delicious pasta and garlic bread. The pasta is so fresh and flavorful. It's pretty pricey but worth the splurge every once in a while.

Pasta is always good and Al dente. I like trying different pastas and flavors. The only thing is that it can take awhile because it's made to order. I would recommend ordering online to pick up.

As a long time customer, I'm surprised I have never gave GH Pasta the 5-star review it deserves. Located at the edge of Amazon's campus, this small, but homey shop serves fresh pasta that is always cooked perfectly. I've tried everything from their Spaghetti to their rotating daily pastas. Every dish is always cooked perfectly, and complimented with a complex, but familiar sauce. The prices have gone up over the years, but talking with the owner, it was to ensure they would be able to remain open through the pandemic. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend GH Pasta to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

I tried the tagliatelle with tuna and I've never had a pasta dish like this before! It was creamy, savory, and delicious. I enjoyed the texture and taste of the fresh pasta. My friend's spaghetti bolognese tasted a little undercooked but the sauce was good as well.

GH Pasta is located right in the mix of downtown/SLU/Belltown area. It's a quick spot to grab some pasta if your in the area or working in an office in the area. Food: I ordered the rigatoni and garlic bread! Honestly the garlic bread was mid, nothing too special there but the pasta knocked my socks off. It was cooked perfectly and so simple yet delicious! I would return and try another pasta as well. It's a tad overpriced for how simple it is, but nothing too outrageous. Ambiance: the interior is small and tidy. Definitely a grab and go kind of place, but there is nothing wrong with that! Service: super nice guys who were knocking out orders as fast as they could. It seems like there is quite a wait during lunch rush, so try going earlier or later than mid day. Overall - solid noodle joint, 10/10 would recommend
